My name is Kai, I’m a certified personal trainer, helping people reach their fitness goals and encouraging them to reach new heights in fitness and training. Having spent my childhood being really active in different sports especially football. I always knew my passion would revolve around fitness and being in the best shape I can be. Even more so helping people become fitter and better in themselves which ultimately brings them self a confidence. My approach when training is that everyone can train and become a better version of themselves regardless of where they start it’s all about taking the first step. I want all my clients to feel welcome and comfortable when training with me. I like to push my clients to a level where you need help, with positive reinforcement because that’s how we get results! Being fit is so important for a future self which is why we need to exercise and train.

This was my first experience with a Personal Trainer which I was incredibly nervous about!
