I decided to sign up to some PT sessions because I have never done weithg exercises and used gym machines. Jouliana helped me to lern how to exercise in the right way and how to effectively use the machines and equipment. Jouliana was very knowledgeable and friendly. She prepared every session taking consideration of my knee injure. I thoroughly enjoyed my sessions with her. Would highly recommend.

Jouliana helped remind me how to exercise in the right way and how to effectively use the machines and equipment. I had a taster session with her & was not disappointed. Loved the session and enjoyed it so much that I signed up to 10 x sessions. After the sessions I decided to go for another 10. My body has toned & transformed. I enjoy the sessions thoroughly as there's always something new to learn so I don't get bored. Jouliana has taught me how to use both the equipment & technique correctly. Never thought I would, but I love doing weights now especially as going thru menopause & its much needed . I feel so much stronger & feel good in my clothes. Definitely worth it! She has showed that you can still eat everything in moderation & train to get that toned body. Best investment ever!

Jouliana has been absolutely vital in my fitness journey. We have been working together for over 3 months. I feel so much stronger and toned. Before this I had a knee injury and had terribly deconditioned body. Now I feel so strong and running much stronger. She has been a massive pillar of support and encouragement for me. Sessions with her have helped me love taking care of my physical and mental health. She is knowledgeable, patient, caring and passionate!

Jouliana was amazing !! She knew what exactly I was aiming for .she understood my strength and went along with me so patiently . Also a very good listener and patient . It’s been only 4 weeks but I can already see changes in the way I look and feel . I definitely recommend her and getting trained by her was a very good investment for myself and my body overall . 😊
