Josh is amazing, so talented, kind and patient, incredibly knowledgable and really motivated us to be the best we could be and our training was so much fun! We met Josh whilst he was working in a gym we had joined we later started training with them through latter part of lockdown as things were returning to "normal" being a very difficult time for all of us, he couldn't want to help us more and we are so thankful for that. We learnt so much in depth knowledge about health and fitness and Josh always took the time to explain the why's a deeper level to educate us, which has been incredibly valuable.
What really sets Josh apart, though, is his energy and motivation. He really does bring so much enthusiasm to every session, making even the toughest workouts fun. No matter how challenging the exercises seemed on occasion, he always managed to keep the mood light and positive, encouraging us to do our best without feeling overwhelmed, he was really invested in our success!

I had a few very good sessions with Josh when he was local to me. H knows his stuff when it comes to the whys and hows of doing various exercises. And I appreciated his emphasis on form, an area I was lacking in. Also gave me a great mobility + something with a bit more heat warm up flow, which I've used myself when on my own.
