Hi there,

I’m Joanna – my ultimate goal is to help you build a healthy lifestyle and achieve lasting results, developing a body you can be proud of. I have always loved sharing my passion for fitness and wellness, which led me to become a certified personal trainer.

I first started my online business ‘JoFitnessCoaching’ to support people like you in taking control of your nutrition, training, and overall well-being. After seeing the incredible transformations and positive changes my clients experienced online, I decided to expand my coaching to in-person sessions, so here I am!

Joanna is an amazing PT! She is extremely professional, making sure she tailors each session to get the best out of your body. She discusses areas that you would like to work on and helps you with your diet. After 5wks I feel stronger, fitter, more motivated and have lost weight.

Joanna is an amazing PT. She has helped me enjoy exercising again and my confidence in the gym. She will keep updating and tailoring our sessions to keep me on target. She has given me so many tips and tricks for helping with my mobility and weakened muscles. If I have come in with a pain in a certain area she will retailer our plan for the day and also give advice on the issue. She is a lovely and approachable person. When she is training with you she is fully focused on the session and always pushing you to do your best. She shows so much commitment and dedication to each client she has. I would not recommend anyone else, she is the best!

Great lower body and core sessions with Joanna. We started with simple warmups which quickly uncovered mobility issues to take away and work on. The rest of the sessions are stealthily tough but enjoyable with clear direction and focus on technique, hitting those harder-to-train areas that need (a lot) more attention!

Highly recommended, Joanna is friendly and approachable and I’m very pleased to see she is sharing her experience as a PT at Highgrove.

I had personal training sessions with Joanna. What an inspiration she is to anybody who wants a trainer. I've seen how hard she works over the years in the gym. As a PT, she communicates well and listens to what I wanted to do. Asked questions about what I wanted out of future sessions.
