I have been a trainer for 8 years now and I help clients
• get fitter and stronger
• address muscular imbalances causing pain by addressing joint position
• conquer fears around using the weights room or with resistance training
• learn new skills, improve movement and feel accomplished
• improve body composition for better long term health
I have knowledge around and experience helping people rehab hip impingement , Achilles injuries, and ACL reconstructions , knee and hip replacements, shoulder pain with pressing, shoulder impingement , frozen shoulder, pelvic floor dysfunction

My core belief is that we can become resilient through better movement quality, and that fitness should enhance your life

Strength training that integrates mobility is a great way to do this as it helps you connect to your body, develop skills, and create confidence!

Due to my own injury history I also offer a unique approach - aesthetics without a compromise to joint health

Jess is an exceptional personal trainer. She has seen me through a number of injuries and surgeries, rehabbing me, at the same time encouraging me to achieve my full potential. I have never felt better and she always goes above and beyond to ensure even when I am unable to attend training, that I keep up with a training schedule. I love the really personalised approach and feeling supported by Jess yet challenged to achieve my goal. The gym does not seem intimidating any more and I have shifted my mindset & actually enjoy being there. The exercises are tailored to me, and while weight loss is my main goal, I am getting so much more - strength, confidence and being able to do more than I thought possible. I have been having personal training sessions with Jess now for 4 years . Every session with her is different and fun . I have always enjoyed the gym but never really knew how to use weights effectively. Working with Jess , she has helped build up my knowledge and confidence . I am so much stronger than I was 4 years ago with muscles being worked that I did not even know existed . She pushes me and challenges me which I need and enjoy .

As a female in my late 40s ,strength training is so important . Jess focuses on this with me to continue to help me improve my strength . She is constantly learning so she can help all her clients with any health issues , injuries etc they may have .

I highly recommend Jess . She cares for all her clients, listens and works for the best output tailored for each and everyone of her clients .

Jess is just GREAT! She’s a highly skilled, caring PT. She not only cares for your physical development but also your emotional wellbeing. Her knowledge and training has highlighted and helped resolve underlying issues which I didn’t realise I had. Jess has also resolved my frozen shoulder issues and has successfully transformed my body, which has increased my confidence, made me physically stronger (with strength training) and helped me overcome my insecurities in using the gym by myself. Jessica is a wonderful pt. I was thinking that the gym is not for me and it's very difficult, but once I started my session with her I would like to admit I realised I was wrong. Now I'm looking forward to attend every session, she is very supportive in every step and she is helping absolutely with everything. She helps to correct your nutrition, helping and nicely explaining what you have to do during the training. I feel very comfortable and happy during the training. I have trained with Jess for 2 years and it has changed my life for the better. Growing up with epilepsy has left me with many physical and strength related restrictions. When I began training with Jess, I noticed a drastic difference with my strength abilities. I have been able to overcome many obstacles and this training has given me more confidence in my abilities. I contacted Jess as I wanted to get back in to the gym and didn’t know where to start. I’ve had plantar fasciitis and knee pain on and off for years. After meeting Jess and discussing what I was looking for I decided to go for it.

Session after session Jess has been super supportive. She has pushed me to believe in myself. She has pushed me out of my comfort zone. I would do the bare minimum in the gym, but now I try so much harder. My pain has gone. I do not wear my orthotics anymore because I don’t need them. I’ve lost inches off my waist. My strength and fitness has just got better and better. I cannot thank Jess enough. I’m a new woman because of her!

What can I say! Jess has been absolutely brilliant. I came to her with problems with my knee and foot. I've only been training with her for a few weeks and I already feel like a new woman. Jess has been the most amazing trainer, I joined with hopes of loosing weight and gaining confidence in the gym. I haven’t been with her long, but I have already achieved those things and more. I had a knee injury a few years ago and not only have I learnt more about my self and how to train, I can now walk and squat with no knee pain. Jess addressed things I didn’t even realise I needed help with!!! I can not stress how amazing she is :)
