Hi, I’m Jess. I started my fitness journey 4 years ago during lockdown when I was unhappy with my lifestyle and appearance. Fitness felt very confusing and overwhelming to me, and I also struggled with anxiety so I couldn’t workout in a gym. I started weight training in my home gym, slowly building up the confidence to go to an actual gym. I spent months educating myself on fitness and nutrition so that I was more equipped to reach my goals. Now I’m a competitive bodybuilder, fully qualified PT, and I have been working in gyms for over a year.
Fitness has helped me develop my confidence and brought so much joy into my life, and now I want to help others make this same journey. I can help you reach your fitness goals, as well as improve your mindset, confidence and self belief. My kind and empathetic approach will guide you through your fitness journey with all of the physical and emotional support that you need.
Not everyone loves the gym and working out, I’m here to make it fun, effective and simple for you. I used to dread training and going to the gym, now it’s my favourite part of the day. Don’t doubt the physical and mental progress that you can make with the right program and trainer!
