Hi! I’m Jess, a certified personal trainer passionate about helping people transform their physical, emotional, and mental well-being. I believe fitness has the power to change lives, and I’m here to help you achieve your goals while enjoying the process and creating long-lasting results.
Having faced my own challenges with health and fitness, I understand how tough the journey can be. Over the years, I’ve met many women who share similar struggles, and through both personal experience and education, I’ve gained the tools to support those facing similar obstacles. My mission is to help individuals build a positive relationship with exercise, nutrition, and body image.
In addition to being a certified Personal Trainer, I’m also a qualified Pole Fitness Instructor and hold a Level 2 in Counselling.
My gym journey started with pole dancing, where I realized that improving strength and flexibility was key to advancing my skills. What began as a way to enhance my pole technique, quickly grew into a passion for gym training. I fell in love with the feeling of becoming stronger, more confident, and more capable, and saw just how powerful consistency could be in achieving progress. Since then, I’ve expanded my training to include marathon running and calisthenics, and I decided to become a personal trainer to help others experience the same benefits I did.
