Jenni is a passionate personal trainer with over 15 years of experience as a dance teacher. As a Level 3 qualified personal trainer, she is dedicated to helping individuals achieve their fitness goals through functional fitness and mobility training. Jenni is also currently undergoing qualifications to deliver pre and postnatal fitness programmes.

I’m not a gym person, but after struggling with my fitness running after my two kids I decided it was time to start taking back control of my fitness. Walking into a gym by myself was a terrifying prospect, and watching videos online on how to use the equipment just wasn’t enough to make me feel confident about returning to the gym. I signed up with Jenni with the intention of just getting a quick demonstration of how to use the equipment.

The first session was so much more than that, Jenni helped me to think about my goals, set targets, answered my questions about nutrition and then helped me to understand how to use the machines and other equipment (who knew throwing a ball at the ground could be cathartic and good for your fitness!). Jenni took time to explain what muscles I was using and encouraged me to think about how I could improve my form. Jenni is so approachable, chatty and puts you so at ease.

I went with the intention of improving my gym confidence but came away with more than this - a focussed plan for my future workouts that I can fit in around the kids, and some great guidance on nutrition that won’t break the bank or mean I’m spending hours cooking!! Thanks Jenni - see you soon

As a more mature woman with a few aches and pains, I was a little nervous about starting a fitness routine, but Jenni has been incredible at tailoring each session to my needs. Jenni is obviously passionate about fitness and she has really taken the time to understand my body’s limitations while helping me become stronger. She has explained everything clearly and makes every session fun and enjoyable. Jenni’s bubbly and friendly nature makes it so easy to ask questions and feel comfortable, and she is always checking in on how I am feeling and adjusting my workouts as needed. Jenni has helped me like exercise again. She listens to what I wanted to achieve in and out of the gym. What I love about jenni is she doesn't just stop when you leave the sessions she keeps in contact with you about nutrition and chats about your sessions. I've found I'm alot more confident in the gym now because she takes the time to demonstrate the equipment. I would highly recommend Jenni. Can't wait for my next session.

Jenni really helped me get confident with gym equipment. She was very patient, gave good demonstrations and helped me find the right weight to lift on each equipment station. She listened to my goals and has designed me programmes focusing on particular muscle groups and I can use these throughout my gym week. I no longer just go to the gym to use treadmills and cross-trainers and the new variety is keeping me more interested and building my confidence every day. Thank you Jenni, you're highly recommended!
