Hi I'm Jemma, I have been qualified a number of years in level 2 fitness instructor, level 3 personal trainer, and spin instructor. My experience as a trainer has been running strength and conditioning sessions as well as personal sessions for individuals with an array of goals supporting them emotionally and physically focusing on gradual intensity.
I'm committed to facilitate a responsive, person-centred program where you'll be accountable for all of the plans I specifically create for you. A nutrition plan can be on offer.
Personal training for me is about growth, I like effort and I will be able to see potential. It requires me to plan your ultimate gym session to curate the exercises that best suit you, enabling each movement to be the best for your body at each phase of our journey together.
I have 10 years experience of supporting patients in hospital with diabetes, circulation problems and a general need for movement. With that came problem solving skills and a natural ability to think on my feet.
I'll be there every step of the way to demonstrate the best range of motion. My job is listening thoroughly to your ideas as to where you want your body to go.

Love doing my workouts with jemma , she is very knowledgeable and talks you through everything you are doing, and what muscles are working when doing certain exercises. I struggle with my back and knees but jemma always finds different ways of doing the exercise so it doesn't hurt those areas but also helps strengthen them . A very happy bubbly pt who makes you feel comfortable.

Super friendly PT that tailors what exercises are needed depending on your needs. She is aware of how to work with you in a supportive and effective way. I love my PT sessions every week and look forward to having them. She has provided me with the skills to work out in the gym when she isn't there but continually shows me new exercises and ways to keep the gym fun! I can't recommend her enough.

An absolutely amazing PT. She makes you feel really comfortable and helps you with your goal. Love working with Jemma I would definitely recommend her to anyone! We have a laugh and makes every session enjoyable through the painful workouts!

My first interaction with Jemma was a spin class, which was extremely enjoyable even though it was challenging and fast paced.
I then decided to give her PT sessions a go. Booking the Black Friday deal after having 1 session has been fantastic. I've learnt so much about the gym and equipment and how to use it properly to meet my goals and aims. Every week is different too which makes it interesting. We have also talked about how muscle groups work to aid my training routine.
I will have more sessions as I've found the whole experience very enjoyable even though I've sweated, panted, and ached the next day.
I would recommend Jemma to anyone who was interested in PT sessions.
