Hey I'm Jason
Starting out at the gym can be scary, intimidating and doesn't exactly fill you with confidence - I've been there and also felt exactly like that. I felt very insecure when I first started, as I didn't know what to do and didn't exactly fit the mould of your typical gym person.. and I still don't.
We all have our own unique stories and I will fully embrace yours to help you get to grips within any gym setting and help get you to where you want to be.
If your sick of struggling to lose weight, I can show you a simple and effective way to get there. There's so much information out there that just confuses you and can be misleading which annoys me because a lot of it is unrealistic and made up.
You've probably tried lots of different ways and it's not worked, or you might be overwhelmed with the information out there and you don't know where to start.
The main reason many diets don't work is because they are not suited to you. I will show you a simple way with small changes to make it work for you.
I've been a PT for the last 6 years and my clients (who are mostly 40-60) tell me my empathy and humour are my best traits! I'm also chatty and make the workouts fun and leave you feeling glad you came along. Exercise should be enjoyed, not feared or feel like punishment.
I have a condition called short bowel syndrome which has meant I've had to fight to improve my health, something I can relate to with many others I have trained. That along with my mannerism has led me to having a successful business where I've had many clients for years.
I've helped many people over time with weight loss, adding muscle tone and getting them stronger whilst building up there confidence to be able to do workouts safely on their own. To me, that's job done.

What can I say, Jason is a lovely,kind hearted and friendly PT. I had my first session with Jason back in March. I was struggling to get myself motivated and into a routine that I wanted to stick to. I struggled at first and wasn’t confident in doing anything. But that soon changed with Jason’s help.
Jason took so much time to get to know me and talked to me about what I wanted to achieve and get out of my sessions. He really pushes you to your limits but you feel amazing afterwards.
I don’t know where I would be if it wasn’t for Jason’s help and support. I don’t have a bad word to say. He is a great person and I couldn’t ask for a better personal trainer!

I have had Jason as a PT for over a year and I joined up with him purely to help me lose weight. I had been a member of various gyms for years but I was always doing the same thing and basically stuck to the treadmill and crosstrainer. Not only have I lost around 15kg in the time I’ve been with Jason I have also fallen in love with weight training, he helps me to push myself and often believes in me more than I believe in myself by making me lift heavier than I would on my own. I am so pleased with the progress I have made and Jason has been a massive part of it.

When I met Jason 6 months ago I was recovering from a broken leg and had back and shoulder problems. I am 65 and felt really old!
He has helped me so much. Leg better, backache gone completely and shoulder improving.
He makes our twice weekly gym sessions so enjoyable and I come away with a great sense of achievement. I am definitely
developing some muscle tone (for the summer!) but, most of all, I have so much more energy now and feel really well.
My husband is so jealous of what I have achieved that he has just signed up with Jason as well.
