Jason is a great help as a trainer and has really good nutritional advice to make sure I hit my protein goals daily. I don’t necessarily need low calorie flavourless meals but high protein meals as I do a lot of exercise and need the calories and not weight loss. He has helped me fine tune my workouts and see areas of improvement from his coaching. I have felt the benefit of having someone there to encourage me to meet my goals and who understands how busy life can be as well as ensuring my workouts are adaptable for my lifestyle.
