I been working out at Redhill leisure for over a year and made a lots of muscles gains, and like most gym goal's I want more but i am stuck in my routine, and for the last 4 month been struggling to lift 40kg dumbbells on my own. This is where i bump into Jason i ask him for is help with the dumbbells, and this is where Jason explained he is a personal trainer so i told him what i wanted.
I just completed my first week, Wow this is what i needed Jason has mixed up a new workout routine and explained how to do each workout in great details to maximise each set.
