Janusz is an amazing trainer that pushes you to your limits but makes it fun and challenging. He tailors workouts to really suit your goals and I really noticed a difference in terms of strength and looking toned! If i didnt enjoy something he was happy to change things up and also gave some great tips in terms of food choices. Super friendly trainer too! :)

Janusz is a very experienced trainer and will adjust a unique programme to fit every individual. With a good balance of cardio and weights keeps the session interesting and motivated. With regular focus on measurements he ensures a keen eye on targets and personal goals.

Janusz has been my personal trainer for a year now and in that time, I have managed to get my squats from 50kg to 100kg for 10 reps and I also did 1 rep at 135kg. Considering I’m only 63kg this is amazing and I would never of been able to get to this level of strength without Janusz’s expertise! Janusz is very professional and takes your goals into consideration when planning your workouts, I can’t recommend him enough!
