My Name is Jamie, I am a Personal Trainer specialising in Yoga and Meditation

Having recovered from a liver transplant in 2018 I know what it’s like to overcome obstacles and can use this experience to help you overcome yours.

After the course of training with Jamie, I noticed a real difference in my strength, fitness, weight and overall wellbeing.
Jamie guided me through gentle to more strenuous exercises and built up my confidence to push myself out of my comfort zone. He also helped me with nutritional advice to aid me with my ultimate goal of losing weight.

Since starting training with Jamie I have seen real esults in my strength and fitness which have made an immense difference to my everyday life.
