Hi, I’m James. I’m 31 and I am a Personal Trainer based in South East London.
I have always had an interest in fitness and leading a healthy lifestyle and I believe that this is something which is achievable for every individual without having to be a chore. I strongly believe that working out regularly is a sustainable lifestyle choice and as such, a well-structured training plan should get you excited to get in the gym and work out and not be a dreaded task which will have you hating the mere thought of entering the gym each day.
As a certified Level 3 PT, I will share my passion for fitness with you, helping you with a personalised training plan suited to your individual needs whether that is reducing body fat, increasing endurance or gaining muscle size or strength. I will support and push you in your gym sessions, while also being able to provide advice on how to create a balanced, healthy diet which will help you to achieve your unique goals, and will respond to any other advice you need through my email or whatsapp.
We all have our individual journeys, and I am no different. As someone who has always been boxed into the “skinny-fat” or “hard-gainer” body type, I know how hard it can be to get the right workout program to see noticeable change, and so I have a particular interest in helping others who can relate, I have the knowledge to guide you and help you to escape that label once and for all, and craft the body of your dreams.
I am always looking to further and improve my knowledge in new areas and my next goal is to specialise in the field of nutrition so that I can provide more in-depth expertise to my clients.
