Where do I begin!!! I started training with Jack 10 weeks ago and have never looked back! Jack is incredibly personable, professional, funny and an amazing personal trainer. He is attentive, enthusiastic and always strives to help you achieve your goals. I can safely say without Jack’s help I would have never have gotten back into my fitness, so thank you Jack! Jack tailors the session to your specific goals and I can safely say even within the first block of sessions I have seen a difference in myself and feeling so much better for it🕺🏼! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND using Jack as your personal trainer, I have never looked back and will continue to train with him for a very long time!

I started with Jack at the end of June 2024 & have seen really amazing progress in my
Overall fitness, strength & physique which has really boosted my self-esteem. At first I struggled with a weak lower back from a previous injury which was absolutely no problem for Jack as he tapered all of his sessions to slowly build up the strength in that area and give me a solid base to lift heavier weight from. Jack is also always available if I need to ask him any questions about diet ie how to cut out some calories, which foods are high in protein etc. But most of all I believe that Jack genuinely cares about the people he looks after and is genuinely proud of you if you make progress whether that be putting +10kg on your squat or going down a waist/dress size. I would without any doubt recommend Jack to anyone who wants to start their journey with a Personal Trainer.

I started training with Jack 6 weeks ago and have seen HUGE improvement. From not being motivated to go to the gym to now loving it, i highly recommend Jack. He’s a great guy and will work incredibly hard to make sure you achieve your goal. I started squatting 40kg and within the 6 weeks i’m now squatting 105kg! Cant wait to book in the next block of sessions.

I had no idea he is a Personal Trainer but quickly followed this up and am very grateful that I did. Through our exercise sessions Jack has managed to strengthen my muscles has restored my confidence and improved my mobility which had been affected after a three week stay in hospital. . He has such a positive attitude and so encouraging with what can be achieved without putting too much of a strain on me. I look forward to continuing with the exercise regimen which Jack has put together and with his experience and motivation, am sure I will be able to improve on my quality of life. I feel fortunate to have met Jack even though it was due to my accident.

I have been training with Jack for the last month and have really enjoyed my workouts. He has been a great support and has kept me motivated as well as making it fun and can honestly say I have actually looked forward to my sessions! With regards to results I have dropped from a size 14 to a 12 which has really encouraged me to keep going to reach my goal. Last year I had a blood test which revealed I was borderline diabetic however, I have just been tested again (weight loss & a lower blood pressure) and i am very happy to say my results have come back as normal, no action required!! I would highly recommend jack to anyone and will definitely be returning in the near future. Thanks Jack for all help and encouragement 🏋️♀️😊
