Fueled by a profound passion for sports and overall wellness, I pursued a Master's degree in Sports Science to enhance my self-development and contribute to the well-being of others. Throughout the years, I dedicated myself to refining essential elements such as strength, movement, speed, and football skills. This journey led me to extensive research on diverse workouts, exercises, and nutrition strategies, all aimed at understanding and optimising physical performance.


Having faced fitness challenges in the past, I spent a lot of time understanding how to successfully overcome obstacles that prevented me from achieving my personal fitness goals. This experience underscored the significance of maintaining a balanced lifestyle and taking a step-by-step approach allowing my results to compound.

I Specialise in sport-specific training, strength and conditioning, weight loss, and muscle toning, I create customised and efficient training plans that cater to individual needs. Recognising the interconnected nature of physical, mental, and social well-being, I advocate for prioritising physical health to create a positive domino effect, ultimately enhancing the overall quality of life.

After my first session with Isiah, I am emboldened with confidence for the next steps in my fitness journey.
He took an informed approach to each exercise, not only teaching me how to get the best out of different machines in the gym, but really focusing on good form health. Alongside teaching me new exercises and drills, he patiently took me through my regular combination to ensure that my technique was on point.
I am currently rehabilitating an old injury, a detail which he ensured established the foundation for my fitness plan. He worked with the stretches that my physio had given me, to ensure that our session not only complimented my physio work, but expanded it and took it further.
Isiah has a fantastic understanding of the human body, and how each muscle physiologically affect each other. This is combined with his effortless ability to communicate which makes you feel comfortable and encouraged throughout the session.
I would highly recommend Isiah to anyone whether they be starting out, rehabbing an injury or looking to differentiate their tired routine. He turns your smile upside down and shifts anything intimidating about going to the gym or fitness into something very approachable.

Isiah is an outstanding trainer. I’ve been working out at the gym for a few months on my own, relying on advice from friends and my general athletic knowledge. The other day, while I was at the gym, Isiah approached me—something I’ve noticed he often does with others as well—and kindly helped me correct my form. His approach was so professional and helpful that we ended up discussing my fitness goals, which led to scheduling a consultation.

Isiah quickly identified areas of difficulty I was having and took time to familiarise himself with my history. His approach was extremely knowledgeable in helping to address previous injuries as well as taking my training up a notch in order to help me overcome the plateau I had reached. As someone trying to get back into a gym routine after a year off, Isiah was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and motivating! Absolutely thrilled with how our first session went, he even helped me identify areas of muscle weakness which I would have never realised before. Isiah has completely transformed how I’ve been using the gym. Under his instruction I now know how to use the equipment efficiently and how to target the specific areas I want to work on. There were machines at the gym I steered clear of before but am now confident to use them and am really feeling the improvement. Isiah has been my trainer for less than a month, yet for a 65yr old wanting to be fit, toned and genuinely healthy both in body and mind he has enabled me to strive towards my goals. I’m truly blessed to have him working alongside, he is totally caring and makes the training painless! I enjoy his encouragement and insight in seeing the workouts that are fitting my goals. I love his gentle approach to getting to know me and the program he has geared to my needs. His encouragement and energy stirs me to follow his instructions and advice, his caring attitude that any exercise has to be enjoyed in order to sustain the aptitude to persist . He is a super professional trainer, always aware of his clients level, that I found impressive from such a young person but in my eyes he has more knowledge and awareness than his age suggests to making my goals a reality. Not only did I find Isiah very friendly and approachable, but he was very knowledgable about functional training and a holistic health approach. He adapted the session around my ankle injury and we worked through exercises to regain strength and mobility.

For me it was great that Isiah really emphasised proper technique, establishing a strong and stable core which provides the stable base for generating power.

I would reccomend Isiah to anyone who's keen to get back in shape or more specific sports goals, as I felt his understanding of body mechanics and overall health is integrated into the session and he really spent time listening to my needs

I was training in the same gym as Isaiah for many years, and recently he told me he had qualified and i should have a session with him. Within a few weeks i saw myself reaching the body composition i have always wanted, lower fat% and higher muscle mass. Hes shown me the right drills and movements specific for my sport whilst also suggesting some great post workout meal ideas
