Fitness has always been my driving force. I love pushing myself beyond my comfort zone. That feeling of achievement whether it’s hitting a personal best or reaching a fat loss milestone, is something I want to share with others. I had my first training session with Henry Thorpe last week, his structure for the session was great as he asked what exercises I enjoyed doing and ones I didn’t, he also asked what my personal goals were. He had great input on improving my form in different exercises and how to properly target the muscle while minimizing risk of injury. I look forward to doing more sessions with him.
