I am here to inspire and bring out the very best in you. We all face challenges in our daily lives, whether it’s in the gym or outside of the gym. I became a personal trainer because I want to help and make others realise that anything is possible. You’ve probably heard something like this a hundred times from different people but what I am trying to say is, anything is possible if you put in the work. Everyone wants to look good, who doesn’t? Sometimes it takes the worst pain to bring about the best change. My main areas are bodybuilding alongside fat loss to weight gain and muscle building. Creating Diet/Nutrition and Training programmes are my specialties, I believe you need this and all that is mentioned above to be at 100%. There’s no split percentage. If you can dedicate 100% in both the 2 areas, your performance alongside your goals; will literally go through the roof.

I had Han in 2022 for a short period of time and decided to do things on my own but then after training by myself for a period of time, I started to lose confidence and that motivation. My performance has improved so much, I’ve had multiple injuries and he not only as the knowledge to help me train but also allow me to understand how to train properly so that I can avoid injuring myself. Not only trainer but also a good person for helping with rehab. I had worked with previous personal trainers before and Han is different to all of them. I am huge believe in if my trainer is strong then I will be get stronger, if my trainer follows his nutrition all the time to benefit his goals then I can do too. I am not a young or a strong woman but Han empowers me every session telling me I can do this, he always make sure that I am doing the exercises correctly so that I am safe. I am 60 years old and of course I am aware of what I am capable of but with the encouragement of my trainer I am to do things that I thought was impossible. Han is a really nice and friendly guy who is committed to pushing you to achieve your goals. I started with Han because I lacked motivation to go to the gym and I wanted to learn to weight lift. The session was great. It started off with him analysing my technique on various excruciates and then taking me through how to improve them. After the form was good we increased the weight. Unlike other personal trainers, he pushes you beyond your limits and helps you understand your body and capacities. Because he has an extensive personal experience in the gym, he understands what you go through when doing excercises and the struggles of bulking and cutting. I have had the chance to train with Han. It was a difficult journey as we had to stop in the middle of Covid-19 crisis. But Han was there despite everything he kept checking on me . I spent most of my time on the treadmill but with Han everything changed, he has shown me how strong I am and that training with weight is not only for body builders. He never stopped saying "come on Dounia, you are strong Dounia" which pushed me to finish every session and never quit. Han is not only a professional fitness trainer, he is also a friendly person that respected all the cultural and religious restrictions I had with a lot of respect he provided to me the best environment and support I could have to train.
I am so grateful that I have met with him. He taught me a lot of things about my body nuitruition and most importantly about myself. It is thanks to Han that now I walk into the gym with positive energy and work out in confidence without hiding myself.
For all these reason and more I highly recommend Han if you want to feel happy about yourself and work hard to be in shape. Trust me he will make it easier.

Had a session with Han this past week and can’t praise him enough really. Before the session he was really in depth about find out my goals, my strengths and weaknesses, using that to tailor our session to best fit the progress I want to make.
Within the session itself, Han was extremely friendly and welcoming, making sure I was comfortable with what I was doing while at the same time not afraid to push me that little bit harder to get the best results and correct any issues I had with my form and my workout regime in general, which I think was a great mix.
By the end of the session I found myself feeling 10x more confident in myself, my fitness journey and within the gym itself as Han had helped me with some equipment that I didn’t really know how to use/was using wrong.
Han is a great PT and I would recommend him to anyone that is trying to better themselves.

He gives me 100% of his attention during classes and each week he would vary the training exercises to keep things fresh.

I started to lose weight in August 2019 and I think need a PT to help and supervise me to do it so I signed up with Han. Now I think I’m the luckest one because I have Han as my PT. He is very professional and dedicated to this job. He made a diet plan for me and encouraged me to do cardio everyday, which is super helpful for losing weight. He also has a strong sense of resposnibility. He always cares my feelings (espically after training), weight and health. I’ve reduced around 10kg within 3months and reached my targeted weight. I have trained with Han for a few years now and there is no doubt he knows what he is taking about. He really cares about you and is committed 100% to helping you achieve your goals. The thing that impressed me most was he was fully present during our sessions. He wasn’t on his phone or nattering away to other people he knew in the gym, he really focused on how I was doing in the session and also cared enough to take notice and remember aspects of what was going on in my personal life. He’s really invested in you as a person. Alongside all that, he helped me achieve a big goal of mine which was to squat 180kg. At the time I thought I was a long way off, but I trained consistently with Han and he was soo encouraging along the way, I then went on to achieve my goal and I shared it for 2 clean reps.
