Training has always been an integral part to my life, playing rugby throughout school and university. After experiencing a period of both physical and mental health difficulties, I rediscovered the transformative power of exercise and physical activity. My own fitness journey significantly improved my quality of life and inspired me to become a trainer, so I can use my experience to help others.
I believe in a holistic approach to fitness that not only emphasizes physical activity but also promotes mental well-being. When I'm not in the gym, you can usually find me hiking or camping, activities that keep me grounded and energised.

Combining a scientific, evidence based methodology to training with an emphasis on positive mental health, George offers a holistic training approach that fulfils a much needed niche in the PT space.
My session with George was relaxed and very enjoyable. George always provided insight into why we were doing a particular exercise, ensured I maintained proper form and pushed me to do my best.
