My fitness journey started when I was shown a picture of me sitting on my couch, eating out of a box of chocolates. I was so embarrassed by how I looked. I had to make a change.
I decided to start up my gym membership again and started to do some research into how to eat and train correctly and efficiently.
Starting at 355 pounds in January 2022. I wanted to lose 100 pounds by the end of the year. I had achieved my goal by the end of July 2022 and decided to keep going. By the end of the year I had lost a total of 158 pounds.
I enjoyed every minute of my journey throughout it and I would love to be able to share my passion and help other people achieve goals they never thought were possible.
