I discovered Emil by serendipity. He has been training me these five and more years and finding him was one of the best of life’s moves I have made. As an octogenarian one’s personal fitness is always under threat but he has steered me with great knowledge, skill and insight through various musculoskeletal vicissitudes, such that I have great confidence that by the time I reach my ninetieth year I shall be every bit as fit as I was at my eightieth.

I started training with Emil nearly a year ago and my health and fitness have improved beyond belief. Emil has been so kind, patient and has built up my confidence using the gym equipment efficiently. He is always positive, committed and innovative, thinking of new ways to strengthen my weakened leg following numerous knee operations. He has succeeded in getting me walking upstairs properly for the first time in 7 years! Emil also has a lovely sense of humour and makes training enjoyable. If you're looking for a personal trainer who will work with you and set attainable targets and help you achieve them I can't recommend him highly enough.

I would highly recommend Emil. His knowledge of the human body is excellent and, despite having had shoulder and wrist surgeries, he was able to create an in depth workout programme for me which built my fitness levels and targeted areas which needed work. I saw excellent progress and left fitter than I’ve been for years. Emil is easy to get on with and pushes you as hard as you need to go in a positive way. If you get a chance to train with him you should take it!

I have been training now for 15 years and this is the first time I have had a personnal trainer and I am so happy that I picked Emil. Omg!! The guy is so professional in his training and he has shown me so many excersises that I never knew. The great thing is that he changes the routine every week and I am just about to book him for a second session in the week. He is not only a talented and committed trainer but he has helped me with my food diary as well. I have worked with several personal trainers over the years and not only has this been the longest time working with a single person for me, it is also the first time to do so injury free. Emil, knows how to keep the training interesting, but also to take account of my past injuries and misdemeanours and get the best out of me. Emil is a very professional trainer and I have been with him since 2017. He helps me not only strengthen my muscle but also improve my movement especially with my knees due to osteoarthritis. Emil's approach to fitness is different to many other PTs, focussing more intensely on the functional aspect, rather than pure body building. It's a lifestyle choice, for every day living - rather than a short-term approach.
While ultimately helping you achieve whatever your goal may have, he will work on multiple muscle groups simultaenously, and always focus on core strength (which he believes to be the foundation of overall health). Critically, he will work at the speed he knows your body can handle, pushing you just enough to get you stronger and healthier.
He has a superb grasp of how the human body works, every muscle group, and how to work out every last part of it. He can explain every muscle, fibre and piece of connective tissue, and thus how to avoid injury!
His use of resistance bands will simultaenously put the fear of God in you, but also give you the most optimal targetted work out (although you won't appreciate it in the moment!)
His positive outlook on life and health is infectious, and he understands the connection between both physical and mental health. And even after a full down of training, he still runs around the gym with the energy of man-possessed.
And with a name like Emil Dragan, you can fully expect him to have your breathing fire in no time!

The best personal trainer I know, very approachable, with passion and commitment to his work. Emil has extensive knowledge of the anatomy and physiology of the human body what is undoubtedly one of his assets. There is a lot of variety in his sessions what keeps boredom away. He is as well very positive person with whom you can quickly build great relationship - so important in regular training.
