I have been training with Ellie for a couple months now and truly consider her as more than my PT. Yes she is helping me reach my physical health goals while ensuring it is done safely and correctly, but she looks after all parts of my health, including mental and emotional. When I’m feeling down, she listens and supports me. When I say I can’t do/am not good at something, she helps me change my way of thinking to remove the negativity and focus on the positive. More than just my physical body is changing with Ellie’s help and I am so grateful for her energy and light.

I truly look forward to my gym sessions with Ellie. During each session she completely focuses on me and she makes you feel that for that hour nothing else but you matters. Ellie produces both short and long term goals and so you feel the progression with each session. She pushes you to achieve, and always with a smile. I have been with Ellie almost coming up to a year and she is an incredible personal trainer!
Absolutely loved every second of her classes ! She has pushed me to do things I never thought I could do, and she has made me realise that there is no such thing as limits!
I used to hate going to the gym but now I really enjoy it and I look forward to each session. Positive, energetic and upbeat sessions. Going to the gym is now an essential part of my week thanks to Ellie’s positive influence and I can’t believe there was a time I never used to set foot in the gym.

Ellie is a wonderful human being who cares about her work and in turn her clients. She is very attentive and really understands me. We got on so well and I miss training with her. Sadly I'm no longer training with Ellie and will miss the excellent sessions that pushed me to limits that I had never thought I could get back. Ellie knows so many techniques to train different areas in different ways which really helped me to give each week lots of variety.

Ellie is a brilliant personal trainer who always knows what you need to do and is always helping you to push yourself to achieve your best. She tailors your training sessions according to your health and abilities and my experience with her was well and truly dynamic! Although I had been with her for just 5 months, I enjoyed every session with her. Unfortunately, my training experience with her had to stop due to relocation but I wish her the very best wherever she goes.

When I started going to the gym I thought it will take ages to reach my fitness goals. But with Ellie’s guidance I have learned how to achieve incredible results in a very short time with a right technique of weight lifting and small changes in your diet. She always knew my limits and how to push them a little bit further. Every session with Ellie was like a meet up with a good friend. I have never thought that exercising can be so enjoyable.
