My aim is to help you to identify your fitness goals, to design an exercise programme that fits your needs, and to guide you through every exercise and workout.
My holistic approach to fitness and health will not only have you feeling great and seeing results in no time, but it will also improve your overall well-being and mood, and help you gain more confidence.
What drives me as an individual is seeing people achieving and surpassing their goals, and I want them to succeed at every stage of their journey.
For several years I was competing as a figure athlete in bodybuilding competitions. Since I stopped competing, I changed my training routine to be more comprehensive and performance focused, incorporating elements of Hyrox/cross fit style with more endurance and conditioning
based training.
For the last decade I have been working with clients that come from culturally diverse backgrounds, all age groups, with abilities from novices to competing athletes. During this time, I have acquired a wealth of experience and learnt the value of the meaning ‘personal’ when
working with different people. It is very important to me to know my clients and understand their needs, circumstances and motives to provide the best training and coaching solutions. I recognise that everyone is unique since not everyone fits the mould, therefore the approach to each person will differ.
I work closely with all my clients, implementing their honest feedback to develop the best training programmes that will guarantee achievement of the desired outcomes.
What do I do.
As a certified master trainer, I offer a wide range of goal orientated fitness services and training methods tailored to the individual needs of a person.
As a nutrition and weight management adviser and a lifestyle coach I provide a dietary analysis and advice during the course of consultations. Using coaching skills, I work with clients on implementing small changes in their lifestyles and by applying SMART goal setting techniques, I help them become accountable and successful at every stage.

I have been training with Ela now for over a year. Having had a number of injuries I was extremely nervous to start training but recognised that I had to do something to strengthen and condition my body.
After a meeting Ela I soon realised that she had the knowledge and expertise and this gave me the confidence to start a Personal Training program with her.
During training Ela is reassuring and adapts the training to suit my abilities and objectives.

After struggling with health and well being post covid I was fortunate enough to discover Ela. I have known Ela for many years now, and whenever I'm looking to reach a new goal in my training, whether it be strength, fitness, physique or ability related, no matter what I'm looking to achieve, Ela devises a plan for us to hit my goals with the best results I could hope for each and every time, Ela has also helped me with keeping my training on track whilst working around a couple of injuries in the past, bringing great knowledge to make all sessions challenging and keeping you motivated work to your highest level,

I have been training with Ela for four years now and currently see her once a week. My fitness levels have never been higher and through a combination of HIIT, boxing and weight training, I have increased my core strength which has enabled me to push myself much harder in my cardio sessions.
