My aim is to help you to identify your fitness goals, to design an exercise programme that fits your needs, and to guide you through every exercise and workout.
My holistic approach to fitness and health will not only have you feeling great and seeing results in no time, but it will also improve your overall well-being and mood, and help you gain more confidence.
What drives me as an individual is seeing people achieving and surpassing their goals, and I want them to succeed at every stage of their journey.
For several years I was competing as a figure athlete in bodybuilding competitions. Since I stopped competing, I changed my training routine to be more comprehensive and performance focused, incorporating elements of Hyrox/cross fit style with more endurance and conditioning
based training.
For the last decade I have been working with clients that come from culturally diverse backgrounds, all age groups, with abilities from novices to competing athletes. During this time, I have acquired a wealth of experience and learnt the value of the meaning ‘personal’ when
working with different people. It is very important to me to know my clients and understand their needs, circumstances and motives to provide the best training and coaching solutions. I recognise that everyone is unique since not everyone fits the mould, therefore the approach to each person will differ.
I work closely with all my clients, implementing their honest feedback to develop the best training programmes that will guarantee achievement of the desired outcomes.
What do I do.
As a certified master trainer, I offer a wide range of goal orientated fitness services and training methods tailored to the individual needs of a person.
As a nutrition and weight management adviser and a lifestyle coach I provide a dietary analysis and advice during the course of consultations. Using coaching skills, I work with clients on implementing small changes in their lifestyles and by applying SMART goal setting techniques, I help them become accountable and successful at every stage.

I have been training with Ella for over a year now and she has really helped me transform my relationship with both food and exercise. Although I wasn’t overweight, I wanted to lose some extra pounds and tone up. To date I have lost 8 pounds and toned up thanks to Ella’s expert knowledge and training. Ela really does know her stuff, so she helps you get the best results by tailoring training to individual needs. I've gone from being too scared to set foot in the gym to being able to leg press twice my body weight! I'm so proud of what Ela has helped me to achieve. Ela is also really friendly and personable, which makes training more like hanging out with a friend, but she also won't go easy on you and will motivate you to make the most of your session.
