Having been a fitness coach since the late 1990's in a variety of different facilities and places (even abroad for a bit)...
My absolute favourite thing over the years is the out of the blue messages from clients I've been helping, excited to tell me about their progress.
For example a client struggling with weight loss before trying numerous plans and diets who messaged saying she'd tried the dress she wanted to fit back into and it did!
Another who had had treatment but still getting discomfort that was affecting her before, messaging me to tell me her back was now feeling less solid and she was so much more confident in her bodies capabilities.
And I'm proud to have received so many like that, as a coach when it happens you can't help but have an amazing day!
Of course I practice what I preach, exercise regularly, eat healthy, I've had a dodgy back since a young age and thyroid problems (I don't have one now) so I take this into account like I do for those I help.
As I get older it's about feeling good, keeping active for as long as I want to, the habits required for that is also a great recipe for keeping in good shape too.
But of course I'm looking for more success stories and messages out of the blue, If that's you or you relate to any of this, let's chat and see if what I do might be a good fit for you or if you see me around please feel free to ask for advice.

Ed's coaching has given me more mobility and suppleness. It has helped me feel stronger and I've been feeling more confident in my body's capabilities. I feel more mentally capable as well as physically. I've lost a little weight but I've got rid of the pain and stiffness in the small of my back which has been there for years.

Before starting, I had two spine surgeries that left me with metal works in my spine and permanent nerve damage to my right leg . Since coaching, my clothes size has dropped , I feel much happier and stronger.

With Ed's coaching I have lost 4 stone in weight. My back is in 'the best shape it has ever been' according to my osteopath. An unexpected result is that I have gone from getting migraines almost every 2 weeks to hardly ever. I have much more energy (I can now run up the stairs) and will happily take the dogs for long walks. I feel much better about myself, my posture is different and I feel more confident.

Through Ed's coaching I lost a high percentage of body fat. This was important to me since it raised my self esteem and gave me the confidence to carry on.

Overall I have lost 18 pounds, dropped two dress sizes, feel the fittest I have ever been and I even have a waist! Thanks Ed - you’re a genius - I couldn’t have achieved this without your help.

When Ed offered his help with direct instructions for a plan, I went on to follow his advice and P.T sessions until May of the following year – I got back to being me–the me after two cesarians-quite an accomplishment! I lost 25 Lbs in total and now follow his maintenance programme of consistent exercise and healthy eating via his exercise at home package. This is invaluable as a working mum who needs to grab time to exercise as and when and cannot always make the time for the gym. Thank you Ed its been an enjoyable journey without too much hardship!!!!
