I began my career in fitness in this very centre back in 2014 starting my journey as a fitness instructor apprentice, where I’ve helped clients of all ages and fitness abilities reach their fitness goals.
Qualifying as a personal trainer was a natural step in progression with gaining essential experience needed within nearly a decade of fitness instructing.
My approach is focused on creating balanced routines tailored to each individual’s unique needs. I believe in blending strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, and flexibility work to enhance overall wellness. Making sure the sessions are also fun and fresh to add unique training methods. Whether your goal is weight loss, muscle gain, or simply maintaining a healthier lifestyle, I’m here to guide you every step of the way no matter of your fitness abilities.

I approached Dawid as I needed help with strength & conditioning & overall fitness . It’s the best move I’ve made as I’ve never tried personal training before . Found Dawid to be a very good coach & pushes me all the way but helps me at the same time if my technique isn’t quite right . I have a long term injury which Dawid is aware of & we just work round this . Can’t recommend Dawid enough he has an excellent approach to coaching & to people themselves

I’ve been training under Dawid for the past year in his free weights class and strength classes. Training with Dawid has given me the motivation to increase my physical strength which has complimented my current plan and improved my performance as a tri-athlete. Dawid has helped me with my form and given me the skills to carry out safe lifting routines in the gym, his coaching is helping me to achieve performance gains week in week out with a noticeable change in body shape and overall wellness. Dawid is helpful and friendly to be around on a personal level and he cares a lot about his clients.

I recently started with training with Dawid and I had a pt session and a plan to start and honestly nothing is ever to big or to small always at the other end of the phone if needing anything and within a 5 week period I have seen massive improvement in not only my fitness but I have lost in weight to what a brilliant and great guy highly recommend it

Dawid is the most amazing personal trainer. I’ve never met someone so encouraging it really motivates you and makes you want to push harder. He is just the nicest guy, so knowledgable and his sessions are very tough but very fun. I would highly recommend to anyone.
