I’m an experienced coach who helps clients of all experience levels achieve their ambitious goals. Whether you're a beginner tackling your first 5K, your first fitness competition, or an advanced competitor preparing for a marathon, I provide tailored coaching to elevate your performance.
My approach grants clients access to 24/7 support and resources, allowing them to exceed their limits and expectations. I have had clients knock 15 minutes off their Hyrox time, double their running distance, and even cycle the length of the country.
I use what I’ve learned from training my previous clients and my personal development to ensure any training prescribed meets you where you’re at right now and gives you a clear path to get to where you want to be.
I’m not one of those coaches who will get you started and just leave you to it. I will communicate with you as much as needed to ensure I go above and beyond for you.

Dan is not only an amazing coach and trainer supporting his clients in reaching their goals he is also a genuinely nice guy that can make training fun.
