I’m Craig, a certified Level 4 Personal Trainer with over 10 years’ experience. Fitness and sports have been lifelong passions, influenced by my mother, a former sprinter. My personal athletic background started at a young age and includes participation in a range of team and individual sports, such as football, boxing, and athletics.

I hold specialist qualifications in nutrition for exercise, GP exercise referrals and England Boxing Level 1 certification. In addition, I provide Level 4 strength and conditioning coaching for professional footballers and design and oversee school fitness programmes. I have also had work published in Women’s Health Magazine when my client won ‘The Body’ in 2016.

I am deeply committed to helping my clients improve their body confidence and to achieve their unique fitness goals. My areas of specialisation include weight loss, toning, high-intensity interval training (H.I.I.T.) circuits, strength and performance coaching, nutrition and diet planning, personal goal setting, body conditioning and group training.

Each training program I design is fully customised to the individual, with a focus on motivating clients to lead healthier, more active lifestyles. I firmly believe that fitness should be enjoyable, accessible, and balanced with one's lifestyle, ensuring sustainability. By setting realistic, measurable goals, I aim to make fitness a rewarding and lasting part of your life journey.

Craig prepared me very well before my partial knee replacement. He gave me exercises to strengthen my leg muscles and I certainly reaped the benefit afterwards, making a good recovery. After the op and when the NHS physio sessions finished, Craig gave me further exercises to help me gain strength and flexibility. He is very encouraging. The surgeon was v pleased with my progress.

I said, after a knee replacement, to Craig, “I can’t do that - NO! Please I can’t!!!!” He laughed. He showed me an X-ray of his knee.

2 years later I’m skipping down the stairs. Never could have believed it. I couldn’t have done that without Craig. 🐯

I have been working with Craig for a while and my goal was to lose some weight but to mainly to stay fit.

He introduced me to areas of the gym that I was not familiar with and felt daunted by and his gentle encouragement has gave me the confidence to exercise in those areas when I am on my own. I also had periods where I hadn’t been going to the gym, so I booked Craig and his encouragement, motivation and commitment got me back.

Craig is very knowledgeable, calm and his encouragement spurs you on. He knows how and when to push you further but also he takes into account any injuries and adapts the session accordingly.

I have learned a lot from Craig and have signed up for more sessions, I throughly enjoy working with him and would highly recommend Craig to anyone who feels unsure about going to the gym.
