After qualifying as a British Army Reserve Physical Training Instructor at the age of 18, alongside my sport and exercise science studies, I caught the bug. Fast forward 15 years later and I love it just as much as day 1. I have worked in multiple jobs such as Senior Fitness & Wellbeing advisor, Fitness Management, coaching and Personal Training. My studies have spanned over 5 years and there is still so much more to learn.
I have been fortunate enough to work with people from all walks of life, from those with simple aims, to athletes, Rehabilitation clients, Military and Emergency Service Personnel. I have learned that a fruitful Health and Fitness journey relies on understanding what makes us tick and how this correlates with our goals.
Your journey with me will start with an informal chat and a consultation based on the essentials and fundamentals.

His attention to detail is second to none and his skills and knowledge completely reflect his many years in the industry. Conor is a great S&C coach who works hard to tailor his programmes to the needs of his clients. He’s great at pushing you through hard sessions and keeping your motivation high.
