Hi, my name is Christopher. I recently moved from America to begin living with my wife in Whitehaven. I started personal training after realising my career in Mechanical Engineering wasn't bringing me the fulfillment or the helping others I desired. I have a varied background, including long distance running, long distance hiking, martial arts, strength training and wrestling. Overcoming personal obstacles and challenges has been a lifelong experience of mine, giving me a bulletproof “let's get this done” mindset. I won't say no to a slice of pie or a glass of whiskey, though.

Previously a PT at a Lifetime Fitness in Phoenix, Arizona, I have a lot of varied experiences in my toolbox to assist you with whatever goals you have. Strength training to build muscle? Consider it done. Dealing with back pain after sitting at a desk all day? I know how to fix it. Want to learn Olympic lifting? I'll break it down into chunks for you to learn. Want to move and feel better overall/ensure that you are still mobile well into later years? Let's get to work. Chris is incredibly passionate and knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition. He frequently checks in to hold his clients accountable to help ensure goals are met. My favorite thing about Chris is he always celebrates wins with clients; he gets excited when there's fat loss, muscle gain, and hitting a new PR. His excitement is contagious! Before I started training with Chris, I dreaded going to the gym because I was self conscious about my appearance and didn't know what I was doing. Now, I look forward to training with him each session and feel more confident in my skin, inside and outside the gym. If you practice what he preaches, you'll be successful and see results. I would highly recommend Chris to anyone looking to start training with a personal trainer. As a female, male trainers can be intimidating, but Chris is approachable, and I'm extremely comfortable training with him.

Chris is great. I really had a great experience working with Chris for the last 4 months. Unfortunately I had to move away but Chris was able to help me go from 201 pounds, and nearly 19% body fat down to 198 pounds and 8% body fat in just 3 months. I lost 17 pounds of fat and gained nearly that in muscle. He helped me to reach my back squat goal of hitting 300 lbs in just 6 weeks. Chris has a great knowledge of workout plans, diet and is an excellent motivator. I highly recommend.
