Hi! I’m Christina, your go-to personal trainer with over ten years of experience turning "I don’t have time for fitness" into "I feel amazing!" I know juggling work, family, and, well…life can make it tough to prioritize health. But I’m here to make fitness not only possible but simple, effective, and a perfect fit for your schedule (no matter how chaotic it gets!).
With a background in biomechanics and anatomy, I’m all about putting the “personal” back in “personal training” and giving you a plan that does way more than just make you sweat. We’re talking better posture, stronger muscles, fewer injuries—and yes, all without eating up hours of your precious time. My goal? To help you feel more energized, capable, and ready to take on whatever the day throws at you (kids, deadlines, or that grocery bag that insists on being awkwardly heavy).

Christina is amazing for me, both mentally and physically. She is unique, her constant studying and need to personalise things to make it right for the individual are amongst some of her greatest strengths. Christina has got to be the best PT and coach I have ever trained with.
