Over the past 12 years as a personal trainer, I've had the joy of meeting all sorts of people with all kinds of goals, making my job a blast every single day. I have worked with Christian for a few months now, he is so knowledgeable and he is always is such a positive happy mood which even if you’re exhausted or having a down day he can make you leave feeling better, stronger and happier. I have definitely become so much stronger thanks to Christian and feel so much more positive about going to the gym to do a workout when before I would shy away from gyms. Great PT. I had fallen out of love with all things gym for many years, and Christian basically helped me to get back into it again and enjoy it. He varies the routines so much, you are never bored, encourages you to try exercises you've never even attempted to do before -- and you surprise yourself by doing them! He helps you to enjoy the exercises but does push you when needed, amidst the friendly chats and helpful advice about everything from what exercises to do to achieve your goals, nutrition, pace, aims and more. He has made me realise I can do a lot more than I thought I could, and snapped me out of my lazy attitude to exercise. But the biggest achievement of all... has helped me to conquer the dreaded, never-to-be-forgotten step machine! Thanks Christian!

I started training with Christian to initially help stabilise and strengthen my right knee medial collateral ligament.....after 20 sessions my knee is definitely stronger and more stable plus I'm more comfortable with it from a psychological point if view...I would of continued with Christian if it wasn't for a possible relocation. He also kindly wrote a full body programme workout to continue with on my own and offered to support if I have any questions etc.....

Christian is a fantastic personal trainer and I would strongly recommend him to anyone wanting to have extra support with workouts and 1:1 training. As someone who was always a little anxious around gym equipment and would never be seen in the weights area-Christian developed a bespoke training plan for me and in a short period of time I noticed great results. Christian is extremely approachable, motivational and his sessions are fun (although very tough at times). As a shift worker myself, Christian was always flexible enough to fit around my ever changing shift patterns and would keep in touch between sessions to ensure I was managing my workouts ok.

If you want to have fun training (never thought I would say that) and see great results then train with Christian!!!

I’ve been training with Christian for a couple of years now. He’s been great in helping me to achieve my goals and getting my head around being a fitter, healthier human being. He knows when to push you and makes every session a complete riot (so coming back is never a chore). It is no mean feat for me to say that I’m actually ok with exercise - and that’s largely down to his fabulous approach. I’m also hoping that this recommendation gets me out of the next lunge-train session. Give this fella a shot and you won’t regret it.

I work aboard and return to the country twice a year. When I'm home I always make sure to book sessions with Christian. He's extremely friendly and very helpful. He remembers my goals and aims and puts me back on the right path if I have slipped off and keeps my motivation going. On top of that he's a very friendly guy and makes sure you enjoy your work out and takes a genuine interest in how you are doing. I would definitely recommend Christian to anyone looking for a pt to work with, whether you are a beginner or more experienced, as he's know his stuff and is great to work with.

Been with Christian about 4 months now, I recently want on holiday and spent every day biking, enormous hills I could never have managed to stay on my bike in the past but this time i flew up them, all thanks to the motivation and type of training I have been put through. I look forward to my Training sessions with Christian, as i know i will be pushed to the limit, and always feel motivated and ready for the week ahead afterwards, to do the best i can. He motivates me and makes me feel that i CAN achieve the Goals i set out to. I am 56 but feel healthier now than when i was 36, i have only been training with Christian about 6 weeks but already i can see and feel the difference, people around me are noticing as well which is really nice too, i can honestly say i recommend him as a personal trainer.

Christian is great! Great sense of humour which really helps when you're rolling round the floor attempting death by burpees... On a serious note though he does push you to achieve more than you think is feasible and I genuinely feel better for it. I also love that he looks to you for guidance about what you enjoy doing so you get to mix it up a bit and try stuff you just couldn't do on your own. I am definitely returning soon for another block of sessions with him.

Have gone to Christian a couple of times now, each with different variations of the same "get fit and get healthy" idea that I have, I've even had him liaise with my chiropodist directly after I finally diagnosed an issue with my knees and we're constantly exploring different routines to check whats going to benefit me overall without over straining the areas that need the most help. I've got a collection of PDF's now recounting the previous plans so I have them to fall back on with decent advise on how to chop and change certain exercises depending on my mood. I would (and have been) recommending to friends!

I have had regular training sessions on a weekly basis for nearly a year and can honestly say that I don’t think that I would have not reached my current fitness levels without the help Of Christian.
