I am a pensioner and have always been very active. A year ago a flare up of arthritis in my neck and lower spine added to previous surgery to both knees severely limited my mobility and I was feeling depressed.
Chinwe 's meticulous planning and gentle encouragement gave me a fitness regime that is easy to maintain.
Now I exercise for half an hour, four days a week and am able to enjoy meeting up with friends for a walk and a coffee
