Fitness has transformed my life since I started going to the gym a few years ago. The gym has helped me learn how to confront all the challenges that life can present. It's incredibly empowering to see how training and exercising can help you become a new person healthier, stronger, and unafraid to take on new challenges! I joined the fitness industry because I want to share that journey with my clients, helping them achieve their goals and succeed.
With a background in science, I firmly believe in evidence-based training and will always advocate for safe and effective training methods. Knowledge is power, and I will always encourage my clients to understand the reasons behind their training and how it will benefit them.

I enjoyed a complementary PT session with Cheyenne this week and learned so many things about how best to use new machines and the best techniques for me when using weights and stretching tight glutes and hamstrings. I am looking forward to booking some weekly training sessions with Cheyenne to help with my fitness goals.

I've never enjoyed the gym much before, but Cheyenne is absolutely fantastic. She has such a lovely manner; super encouraging and extremely down to earth. Her level of knowledge is excellent, and she was able to explain both what we were doing and why we were doing it every time in a way that put me right at ease. She gave me confidence to give everything my best effort, and she also knew exactly when to push me a bit harder than I thought I was capable of! Our session together was so well pitched in terms of level, and really targeted the things I was looking to work on. I would honestly recommend Cheyenne to absolutely anyone.

Cheyenne planned a work out routine for me to help me get into shape for the summer. As someone who isn’t very confident when it comes to working out, Cheyenne made me feel so much more relaxed and supported throughout the whole thing. She was really encouraging and was there with any advice or tips when I needed it! I would really recommend her to any of my friends, she was exactly who I needed to help me start my fitness journey!
