I’ve been training on/off for the past decade but have been fully committed for the past three years. I have also just under 2 years of experience in Muay Thai as well as a few months experience in freestyle wrestling. My experience as a personal trainer has been gained through training clients of all shapes, sizes and abilities. Whether you wish to lose fat and gain muscle, improve your general fitness, get into power lifting or spice up your cardio sessions with pad holding; I am always available to contribute to your fitness journey!
