Carl is the best PT I have ever used, he is committed to you and your goals and knows exactly what to do for you to reach those. He is so friendly and encourages you through every workout and is always on hand for any questions you may have. 10/10 recommend.

Well what can I say!!! This guy is amazing. I joined as a member at Syndale park gym and see Carl training others and noticed the outstanding results with other members. Each week I would see them and notice a difference in their shape, strength and confidence. I started training with Carl as my personal trainer and am yet to find another one that can compare to the results I made while training with Carl. He is such a kind person and has every determination to push you to achieve your goals in the gym. In all honestly I wish he was still my personal trainer, as I can’t find another trainer that has allowed me to achieve all the targets and the figure i obtained while training with Carl. Seriously if you in the area of Carl’s gym, then go for it, you will be happy :).

I started with Carl after the lockdown. I cannot express how much he helped me as I felt really well again and full of energy.

I have stopped for a bit but definitely going back to working out with Carl soon.

I started working with Carl after 2 months of having my first baby with a goal to get back in shape. It’s still a long journey ahead but Carl has been amazing in helping me with my goal. It’s been only 2 months since i started the personal training and i can already see amazing results. He has suggested some amazing workouts keeping in mind my specific needs.

I would definitely recommend him if you want to see some actual results in a specific timeframes.

I’ve been training with Carl for a while now and couldn’t recommend him enough, after having a few personal trainers in the past and carl is by far the best and always makes sure I’m comfortable and confident in every exercise I do. he’s eradicated my “gym phobia”, he’s helped target all key areas whilst accommodating my health needs.

Carl has made me realise how beneficial gym was for me in everyday life for my physical and mental health, I’m grateful for his support, professionalism and honesty through out.

Couldn’t recommended a better trainer, worth every penny.
