Hi guys, I’m Callum and I’m a level 3 qualified personal trainer at The Greenwich Centre. With over 10 years of gym experience, I aim to provide efficient and easy to follow programming, and create a safe and encouraging environment in which you can achieve your goals.

I have extensively trained in powerlifting, as well as being a passionate martial artist, holding a brown belt in Judo, I’ve practiced Jiu Jitsu for the past three years and I’ve even boxed professionally at Wembley Arena (please ask me about it, I love talking about it). I aim to draw on all of my experience to make workouts exciting, keep my clients progressing and make the gym experience something you look forward to, rather than a chore.

I’ve had an incredible experience training with Callum, Their deep knowledge of fitness and personalised approach made every session not only effective but something I genuinely looked forward to. They took the time to understand my goals and tailored workouts to ensure I was both challenged and progressing steadily.

What really stood out was their encouragement and positivity. Even on days when I felt less motivated, He had a way of inspiring me to push through, and it always paid off. Over the course of our training, I’ve grown noticeably stronger and gained significant muscle size—results I couldn’t have achieved without their expertise.

My friend and I started once a month, joint sessions with Callum in September of this year, as we both have disabilities and want to keep progressing with our fitness levels. Callum is a true professional in his field, with his ability to adapt many exercises to accommodate our constraints, and continuously challenging us, whilst being mindful of our difficulties, we have become much stronger and fitter both in body and mind! We would highly recommend Callum as a PT, regardless of ability/disability.

Just about to reach 10 sessions with Callum and will be continuing without a doubt. Feeling fitter and stronger as the weeks go by.

He has genuine passion and knowledge for his field and finds the best way to get the best for you. He can give broad advice to keep a session moving, and can go into details when needed. This has been very valuable for me and something that shines over PTs I've tried in the past.
