My name is Brad and I am a certified personal trainer with years of experience within sports. I play professional rugby for York Knights and have done so for 2 years, going into my 3rd year. I am really pleased with the personal training sessions with Brad. He has given me great pointers to improve my form and he always sets the level of challenge well. I highly recommend Brad as a personal trainer!

Started going to the gym at the start of the year , only using the cross trainer for a few months and then through a friend got introduced to Brad, I was reluctant at first to have training sessions having never used weights .

I had noticed while exercising the professionalism , attention , help and motivation Brad was giving his clients during their sessions .

Tentatively decided to take the plunge and book a few sessions, really pleased I did. Brad has developed a programme tailored to suit my needs . I am really pleased, his attention to detail has been great and I am feeling the benefits in both fitness and health.

I would highly encourage anybody to have a few or a course of sessions with Brad. The guy has a great future as a Personal Trainer .

I booked my first PT session with Brad as I was going to the gym but didn't feel like I was achieving anything. We had a chat and Brad listened to what I wanted to achieve. Having PT sessions with Brad has now become part of my exercise routine. At times I think "I can't do that" because I think it's hard to do and then with Brad's positive encouragement I can actually do it. He shows me how to do the exercises and then ensures I'm doing them correctly. Would definitely recommend Brad.
