I had never really stepped into a gym in my life. Now thanks to Blaine I have been going for 18 months consistently, a minimum 3x a week without fail. He has helped my confidence massively and has taught me how to do lifts correctly with the right form. His training has also enabled me to really progress many of my lifts. Our Leg Press has gone from 240kg to 360kg+ for example. Our Bench Press has gone from 60kg to 110kg. These are just some examples. I also do weekly boxing/pad sessions with him that I truly enjoy.

Blaine's workout regime was well structured, focusing on my needs and, importantly, taking into considerations some constraints around knee issues. The results in overall fitness are noticeable and there are clear, measurable results in my level of fitness and measurable positive changes with my body, heading in the right direction.
Blaine's app has helped me connect with myself in terms of what I eat and drink and general awareness of level of fitness, I feel better about myself. I have increased tone, muscle definition and my general fitness has improved, I have more energy and feel strong.
I definitely would recommend, Blaine. He is very personable and has shown deep knowledge of health and fitness. He knows what works and what doesn’t and is very focused on sustainable results which is key. He has been able to build routines that are varied and is always willing to experiment to try new things and adapts if these changes don’t work out. He has done well to take into consideration my specific requirements and needs around managing my knee pain. He makes good use of the equipment and technology available and is able to share information and advice and recommend exercises and eating advice outside of the gym.
I have appreciated Blaine's sessions, although hard at times, I have seen the benefits over time and would not hesitate in recommending Blaine to anyone.
