I believe that health & fitness are a major part of life. I have under 10 years experience training athletes & general clientele all over London”.
Im currently working alongside “YourPT” and managing my PT business “AListPT” at Gunnersbury Sport Hub. I’m also a football coach for “Juventus Academy London” & a local club “London Athletic FC”.
I’ve helped so many people over the years with “Muscle Growth/Strength - Fat/Weight Reduction - Increasing Performance - Rehabilitating Exercises & More”. Growing up i took part in a lot of sporting activities such Football, Athletics, Rugby, Volleyball, Basketball and many more.
My Journey in the sporting industry began with level 1 & 2 in fitness/coaching in seconadry school whiles still training as a football player. I was successful in the past in achieving football trials for QPR and Watford football clubs under 18’s. Then gained my Level 3 personal training qualification a couple years later. Which pushed me to learn even more and pass my expertise to those that needed to know how to train effectively, and those that want to learn how to make their workouts more effective & worthwhile.
Now I teach athletes & the general public what I’ve learned over the years, engaging with people that really feel they could benefit from my advice and fitness programs.
I’m always driven to motivate myself and others around me and nothing satisfies me more than helping people achieve their goals and work towards a better and healthier lifestyle.

I joined the gymn a couple of months ago as I wanted to strengthen my muscles to try to prevent injury whilst taking part in long distance running.
I've been working with Antonio from the beginning and it's been such a great experience. He listened to, and fully understood, my targets and set a training plan to help me achieve them. He tailored it to me and made the sessions enjoyable. He is very encouraging and patient and I always feel that I've achieved something and am now definitely feeling the benefits.
He is also a really nice guy, very friendly, and, I feel, genuinely interested in me and what I want to achieve.

After brain surgery I washable to walk unaided and was bound to wheelchair. Once my physio gave me the clear to do moderate and restricted exercise, I contacted Antonio at GP Gym. I needed a trainer who would understand my limitations, but also assist me in my rehabilitation.

Antonio is a great guy to be training with. He is very knowledgeable and creative, making the sessions bespoke to my needs and abilities. When we started Antonio assessed my core strength and we set a few targets. I must say that I was sceptical to start with but with Antonio’s encouragement I met my goals. Now we are working on new set of goals. Antonio has a fantastic sense of humour which makes the sessions enjoyable. I feel truly rejuvenated at the end of sessions.

And that was one of the best decisions regarding my health.
He is such a supportive and energetic person.
My main goal was to improve my strength, ability, endurance, and progress with upper body strength.
He pushed and challenged me in such a great way. I did things I wasn’t sure my body & mind were capable of.
He mainly focuses on correct technique and breathing, and all this alongside with structured plan improves overall progress so much.
Each session was gold; I was losing my breath & sweating like crazy but it was worth it.
We did lots of strength workouts, upper body, lower body, HIIT based sessions, it was fun and challenging.
I loved having doms on my back and chest for the first time in my life and lifting heavier weights than I ever did.
Pull-up jumps killed my upper body but this is how you do it with Antonio :)
Antonio offers as well access to his app where you can find many amazing workouts depending on what you are looking for.
You can create your own sessions as well based on the workouts there and measure your progress weekly.
It was such fun being his client but he was and is like a friend who is with you for better and for worse.

He knows his stuff really well and has changed by approach to fitness in a very positive and rewarding way. I had a less positive experience with another trainer who was a bit lazy so I was lucky to find someone like Antonio who seems to really care about me getting results and outs real effort and preparation into the sessions.

Thanks to Antonio in two months of training I have built a foundation of knowledge that has given me confidence in the gym that I’ve never had previously. He’s made working out sustainable and enjoyable, and overall increased my strength and muscular endurance. Antonio is a great teacher with a vast knowledge, supportive in all questions I ask, patient with explanations and demonstrations, and generally a friendly guy who’s great to train with.
