The best part of my job is seeing people achieve things they never imagined they could and watching their confidence shine. I believe in coaching the full package of physical, mental and emotional wellbeing, equipping my clients with the knowledge they need to achieve their goals. I’ve been a PT for over 8 years and have been an international bodybuilding bikini athlete, placing 8th in the country, and competing in the Arnold Classic Barcelona. I’ve trained a hugely diverse group of clients from gym novices to athletes and guided them all through a vast variety of goals including, Lifestyle change, nutrition, learning to weight train, fat loss, muscle gain, injury rehabilitation, flexibility and mobility, strength and conditioning, and competition preparation.

Personal Training - I offer individual, paired and small group.

Corporate – One off events, Classes, Wellbeing and meditation sessions, and regular classes.

My journey with Anna has not just been about weight loss, but about building up strength and improving technique. Anna has been nothing but encouraging and supportive of all aspects of my well-being. Our sessions are always hard work but always with an element of fun and enjoyment which is so important to keep me motivated. When I thought I couldn’t do something I was never allowed to give in, it was broken down to help me manage it, which always meant that without realising it, I would achieve what I believed to be impossible.
