My name is Andrew, over the years I have been through my own phases of weight loss, muscle gain, injury rehabilitation as a contact athlete with experience in MMA, Kickboxing, Jiu-Jitsu as well as weightlifting.

I can help you to start taking control of your own health, fitness and performance no matter your experience level and provide you with the confidence to reach your goals.

I've been training with Andrew for about 5 weeks now and I'm so glad I started with him as my PT.

I was unsure about using a PT rather that just going myself, but I wanted to know I'd be getting the most out of it, and wanted some accountability to make sure I actually show up, so took the plunge and booked with Andrew.

It turns out, having someone with the knowledge to ensure you're getting the most out of each minute you're in the gym is a massive advantage. I'm training mainly for strength and to put ON a bit of weight - after only 5 weeks I'm measurably stronger and my T-Shirts are a touch tighter (in the right places). My resting heart rate is also on a downward trend. This is thanks to Andrew ensuring I'm getting the most out of each session through good form and that I'm giving it the right amount of effort.

It's a simple process to get started - just give him a call/message, tell him what you want, he'll do an initial consultation/assessment session with you to see where you're at, then it's tailored sessions thereafter to meet your goals.

I feel like I've found a secret weapon to training and making gains. Looking forward to our next session, because I know it's working.
