Andy is a great PT. Friendly and has a laugh but encourages you work hard to see, and feel, results. Sessions are varied and tailored each week so it doesn't feel boring or samey.
I thoroughly recommend booking in with Andy to help get the most out of going to the gym.

Being in the middle aged menopausal stage of my life I decided PT was the way to go, I met with Andy who put me at ease immediately focussing solely on areas where I felt I needed help and with his direction. He also has a friendly and approachable nature but pushes me also when i feel I have no more to give. He is respectful and professional to my needs and we have seen results which I am happy with to the point I have kept the sessions going and look forward to each one, thanks Andy!
