Hi, I'm Andrei, a former professional swimmer with over 20 years of experience training and competing at national and international levels. My passion for fitness has been shaped by my journey as a swimmer and coach, helping clients of all ages and abilities—including adults, children, and people with disabilities—reach their full potential.

For the past 7 years, I've been coaching swimmers and providing private training sessions, while also continuing my own training as a master swimmer. As a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer, I’m dedicated to delivering tailored, effective training programs designed to meet the unique needs of each individual.
My approach is all about motivation, pushing my clients beyond their limits in a safe and structured way. Whether you're looking to improve your strength, lose weight, or enhance your overall fitness, I'll work closely with you to create a plan that fits your goals. I also bring in my deep understanding of anatomy, nutrition, and lifestyle coaching to ensure that every aspect of your health and fitness is addressed.

In addition to my personal training expertise, I’m also a certified Level 2 Swim Coach with SwimEngland, meaning I bring a diverse skill set and a wealth of knowledge when it comes to functional movement, strength, and endurance training.

I’ve been working with Andrey for a couple of months, and my goal was to incorporate weightlifting and cross-training into my routine to prepare for an ultra-marathon.

Andrey has been incredibly knowledgeable, thoughtful, and detail-oriented during our training sessions and in the custom exercise plan he created for me. He’s an excellent choice for anyone looking to complement their main sport with cross-training. Beyond that, he’s personable, motivating, and has a great sense of humor. All around, Andrey is an amazing PT and a fantastic person. I highly recommend him!

My progress with weightlifting has been remarkable. In just three months, I went from never squatting with a barbell to lifting 70KG.

I also had a previous back injury, and Andrey was extremely attentive and cautious when designing my training program and guiding me through sessions. If you’re looking to get back into fitness or the gym after an injury, he’s definitely the PT you need!

His training is affordable, especially considering the level of support, motivation, and expertise he provides.

I have been training with Andrey for about 2 months now and have been truly impressed by his knowledge approach and attention to details. Each session is tailored to my needs, being challenging but exciting, hitting muscles i didn't even know i have. I have been particularly impressed by his focus on getting my form correct small tweaks resulting in massive improvement. I do look forward for each session and the results are obvious. Since working with Andrey I have made progress I wasn’t making alone in the gym. His knowledge and understanding of health and fitness is amazing and he really works hard to figure out what you want and need. He creates realistic and manageable programmes and is very positive and encouraging. I was struggling to improve in certain areas and he immediately saw where I was going wrong and helped me change things up so I am now seeing the changes I wanted. His knowledge of nutrition is also amazing and he’s so good at helping you understand what will work for your body and lifestyle. Andrey really listens to what your goals are and what’s realistic for you and adjusts everything to make sure you can really stick to it. He is very patient and doesn’t make you feel silly if you don’t know something or can’t get the hang of something. He will adjust exercises around anything you’re struggling with but also shows you that you can do more than you thought you could. I’m very impressed!
