I have worked in the fitness industry for over 15 years with as much experience in private classes or in the gym.

I care deeply about my clients, and there’s nothing of more value to me than helping somebody go through an experience that makes them happy, confident and strong.

Passionate about sport from a young age and having frequented the world of fitness and performance for many years, it was natural that I embarked on this great adventure of sports coaching.

My professional experience as a sports coach in several sports halls/gym, groups and private coaching allowed me to develop a sense of listening and interpersonal skills, essential in this profession, always with the same approach, centered on the need of each client.

My personal practice in the world of fitness and form is also a major asset for transmitting all my knowledge of the human body, I am now committed to putting all my know-how at your service, so that your goals become mine.

I met Andre after my second pregnancy when I needed to get back in shape and loose some pregnancy weight. Important to say that I hate gym and was not so motivated to work out! Andre was so patient with me, created a customised training session for me and he succeeded to make me reach my goals while actually having fun. Highly recommended !!

I had a review session André and I was very impressed. I've been going to the gym for years but not had a review. He looked at my pisture and movement and suggested ways to improve my workouts without damaging my muscles and limbs. I was immensely impressed with his knowledge of the body and protecting joints etc. An excellent session and came very much wiser and more focused on better workouts.

Training with André is a great experience. Not only does he adapt training sessions to my needs but he also understands my injuries and conditions. I learn something new every session as not a single workout is the same. He also helped me with my diet and now I eat healthier and more balanced meals. Always motivating you to achieve your goals. I had a great personal training session with André! He is very friendly, professional, and excellent at time management. What I appreciate most is his ability to under-promise but over-deliver, ensuring I get the best out of each session.

I injured my foot the night before, and despite the last-minute change, André seamlessly adapted the workout to accommodate my condition. He tailored every exercise to my needs, regularly checking in with a 1 (easy) to 5 (hard) feedback system and adjusting weights accordingly. His motivational approach made the session both effective and enjoyable. Highly recommended!
