I have worked in the fitness industry for over 15 years with as much experience in private classes or in the gym.
I care deeply about my clients, and there’s nothing of more value to me than helping somebody go through an experience that makes them happy, confident and strong.
Passionate about sport from a young age and having frequented the world of fitness and performance for many years, it was natural that I embarked on this great adventure of sports coaching.
My professional experience as a sports coach in several sports halls/gym, groups and private coaching allowed me to develop a sense of listening and interpersonal skills, essential in this profession, always with the same approach, centered on the need of each client.
My personal practice in the world of fitness and form is also a major asset for transmitting all my knowledge of the human body, I am now committed to putting all my know-how at your service, so that your goals become mine.

I engaged the help of Andre, when arthritis and muscle loss began to affect me -- I wasn't ready to give up mobility! -- and it was a perfect choice. Andre is caring and professional; he listens, and adapts the program to my needs, while pushing me just enough. The exercises are varied and never boring (this, from someone who avoids gyms and has never lifted weights), and André explains the reason for each one. I feel completely safe under his guidance -- safe, motivated, and hopeful! My only complaint is that the hour goes too quickly :)

Having had a few falls and some broken bones while in my early 60s, I knew I needed to change something in my life. André did a comprehensive assessment, and then we began together to address weaknesses and build strength. For a while, we met twice a week, and then once a week when my wife entered semi-retirement and decided to join in. My aerobic capacity and stamina have increased, balance is greatly improved ( no more falls) and I function better around the house. Bonus: I can keep up with my two young grandchildren. Working out, first with Andre is a lot of fun, too.

My experience with Andre has been very positive. From the beginning, he demonstrated a great interest in helping people get more physically fit, but with an emphasis on doing so in a fun way.
Andre is my personal trainer and he is wonderful!
He is very knowledgeable, caring, patient and he keeps me moving, but at a pace that is good for me.

Personal training gives you motivation to continue training. Some weeks it is hard to stay motivated.
André has really kept memoving.
He is very personable and knowledgeable. If ee does not know something, he checks with other trainers or health service providers that she knows and updates us with his findings. His cheerful attitude makes the training time go quickly ! Highly recommended !!!!

I used to do lateral and front raises to no avail, to the point it was boring doing them. Andre showed me some exercises for my forearms, and showed me a great alternative to lateral and front raises which are more fun to do. I had always been doing the exercises wrong, which explains why there was no difference. I felt a difference when Andre showed me the correct way to do these and decided to book some training sessions with him. He is friendly and easy to talk to and makes sure you know the exercises. I feel much more morivated to train now.

I have been training with Andre for a while and have had a great experience. He focuses on sustainable, long term progress through strength and mobility training and not just on quick results. he adapts each session based on how I feel on the day - either pushing to do more or focussing on recovery ; he pays attention to form and technique, thus maximising the benefit from each session ; he also varies the exercises and keeps it interesting

Started with André just over 2 Months ago and am delighted with my progress so far. He knows what he's doing, motivates you and seems to have an endless treasury of alternative exercises to target the same muscle groups. He's also a great guy to spend an hour with. I went in with knee and shoulder concerns due to previous injury problems both of which he helped address immediately. My deadlift for example started with me struggling on 60kg and is now up to 110kg something I wouldn't have though possible due to my knee. Onwards and upwards! My only complaint is I am now having to do a lot of new clothes shopping especially for shirts.
