Hi, my name is Ajay, and I am a fully qualified level 2 and level 3 personal trainer through Dundee and Angus College.
I have been studying for the last 3 years at Dundee and Angus College, where I have gained qualifications, knowledge and experience.
Now that I have finished studying here, I want to bring my knowledge and experience to my clients as it is my dream to make sure that people can gain the knowledge that I have gained.
I have over 6 years of gym experience, but I also have 4 years of personal training, through my studies. I have done this with many client groups including clients with long term health conditions, clients with additional support needs, strength and conditioning clients.
I have experience through playing sports such as rugby, swimming, hockey, badminton, track and field. I can bring my knowledge of these sports and others into the gym where I can help you progress your skills and goals.
I was obese as a teenager where I have had to progress through my goals while having challenges along the way. These challenges include ligament tears and damage in my knee where I can bring my own experience and knowledge on how you can work around these injures.

I’ve been working with Ajay for a couple of months and I can’t recommend them enough! From the start, he has been super supportive, friendly, and really know their stuff. Each session is personalized to fit my needs, and they always make sure the workouts are tough but doable.
