My name is Francis.
I am a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer who came into the industry by accident—literally! Over the years, I've held many different jobs, but a few years ago, while on a work trip, I was involved in a serious road traffic accident that left me with life-changing injuries, both physically and mentally.
This experience opened my eyes to the value of exercise, staying fit, and being healthy—both physically and mentally—for my overall well-being. I learned first hand about the incredible benefits of exercise and how crucial it is for both your physical and mental health, which can truly be life-changing.
After spending considerable time in hospitals over the years and going through the natural process of aging, I realized how dehumanizing it is to lose your independence and rely on others because you're no longer able to function normally. It takes determination to overcome that.
I don’t want to reach my senior years unable to stay active or facing limitations that I could have prevented. This is my motivating factor.
Movement is medicine!
