Hey, I'm Adam, a Pesonal Trainer based at Teddington Better Gym. I started my fitness journey for two main reasons; to train more efficiently myself and build confidence in the gym environment, plus to aid my own rehabilitation from injuries, aches and pains! Now, I want to use my experience and knowledge to help you, whether it's to build confdence with your workouts or just trying to develop your overall fitness.
I believe that fitness is about more than just looking good - it’s about feeling strong, confident, and empowered in your own body. My mission is to provide my clients with the knowledge, support, and motivation they need to build sustainable and healthy habits.
