I've been training with Abha for about 9 months now..i was a 53 year old complete beginner,not in a great shape having had back problems for years and tbh..found excersise boring.well thanks to Abha i love it now! She has tought me so much and i feel so much better and stronger now both phsically and mentally..my back is great too and i!m even ready to take up my childhood hobby horseriding! She is a tru professional and so kind and pacient and inspiring.and we also have lots of fun! great for beginners but also any level nothing is too much for her she even made me an exersise plan for when i went to spain.i would recomend Abha to anyone and just feel so lucky to have found her as she has definatly changed my life!

Abha ensures that you are doing every exercise correctly and consistently, paying attention to your form to get the most out of them. She also incorporates exercises that you can do at home if you are unable to come to the gym for any reason.
She also motivates you throughout the sessions . In the beginning I struggled to do walking lunges with light weights and now I am able to do them with a heavy barbell on my shoulders.
I'd definitely recommend Abha to anyone looking for a new trainer. Her approach is very relaxed, and she makes it fun, but the progress is real.

Over the span of few years, I have had quite a number of personal trainers and for me, Abha is the top of all the trainers I had. She kept me going and going when I thought I couldn’t. What is the most important thing abt Abha, She doesn’t do it for the money, she does it because she wants to see results. That is for me true personal trainer who cares abt their clients health and wellbeing.
