Lean Wellness is a premier health and wellness facility dedicated to providing top-notch fitness services to our clients. We are seeking passionate and dedicated Personal Trainers to join our team and help us deliver exceptional fitness experiences.
As a Hybrid Personal Trainer at Lean Wellness, you will have the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility and build your client base. In addition to personal training, you will have the chance to lead group PT sessions, earning between £25 and £35 per hour, depending on your experience. Additionally, you will be part of a Hybrid role, leading small group PT classes throughout the week, with each session earning £25.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalised training programs tailored to clients' fitness goals and needs.
- Lead group personal training sessions with a focus on safety and effective workout techniques.
- Conduct fitness assessments and create tailored exercise plans.
- Offer motivation and support to help clients achieve their fitness objectives.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Lead group personal training sessions with a focus on safety and effective workout techniques.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and techniques.
Requirements
- Certified Personal Trainer qualification (REPs Level 3 or equivalent).
- Proven experience as a Personal Trainer, with a strong client base preferred.
- Minimum 18 months in-gym experience as a PT, Group Exercise Instructor, or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals.
- First Aid certification is a plus.
